09/12/26 - FTC Kickoff!
Rise Hub is the headquarters for FTC in San Diego. They help teams by providing support in manufacturing, materials, and mentorship. https://www.sdftc.org/
This year they hosted a kick off event where local teams were able to see the BioBuzz for the first time and ask questions about the robot game. We learned about the scoring system and rules for the year. This season requires a launcher to shoot pollen and nectar into the hive. When 1 minute is left, you can put nectar into flowers to increase the amount of points you get.
